Bule Hora University Has Organized Training for academic staff.

The academic program at Bule Hora University has organized training on the main topic, "Outcome-based curriculum revision, competency development, and academic program accreditation in line with differentiation and the university's focus areas for academic staff to create and enhance instructors' awareness.

In collaboration with the Ministry of Education, Bule Hora University's academic program has organized and delivered training on outcome-based curriculum revision, competency development, and academic program accreditation, and the university's focus areas for academic staff to meet the needs in education quality assurance.

The training was mainly focused on the reform agenda in higher educational institutions to enhance and develop the capability of revising the curriculum and enhance the system of accreditation strategy in acad-

emic program.

Dr. Birhanu Lema, president of Bule Hora University, opened the training and gave a speech on some of the highlights of the training being delivered to the trainees. In his speech, he informed that the training was to be delivered on how to ensure educational quality and what to be expected from each trainee, and to be carried out by them as well.

Finally, at the closure ceremony of the training, Dr. Mekuria Guye, director of the academic directorate, conveyed his message to the trainees that the training being delivered was focused on empowering and developing the competency of the graduates to be competent at a global level and fulfill the needs of their employers in all aspects.

At last, it has been informed that this training was given by two higher educational experts from the Ministry of Education, namely Mr. Bersufikad H/marriam and Mr. Mekonnen Tadesse.
