Postgraduate School
Bule Hora University was inaugurated in 2011 publicly. Initially, it taught only undergraduate students. However, the University began to launch a postgraduate in Management program in 2016 both on regular and weekends. In 2020, the University took enormous measures to expand the Postgraduate programs. On top of that, the University has opened 84 masters and 19 Ph.D. programs under two institutes, seven colleges, and one school. Besides, 13 master's programs and six Ph.D. programs curriculums have been completed currently. Further, 24 masters and 10 Ph.D. programs are under review. And the postdoctoral fellowship program in Indigenous Knowledge and Federalism has been completed and is ready to accept applicants. Generally, the Postgraduate School strives to enhance masters, Ph.D., and postdoctoral fellowship supported by quality and technological advancement.
The University is enrolling and teaching regular students in Bule Hora main campus and Adola Guji Girja campus in both masters and Ph.D. programs. But weekend masters programs are given in Bule Hora main campus, Adola branch, Amero, Bore, Burji, Guangwa, Konso, Negele, Tore, Uraga, and Yabelo sites.
The University graduates 223 males and 27 females total of 250, in master's programs both on regular and weekends so far.

The mission of the postgraduate school is to deliver quality education, conduct problem-solving research, and enhance the quantity and quality of graduate students.
Vision
The vision of the postgraduate school is to create ethical, competent, and skillful graduates at national, regional, and global levels.
Motto
The motto of the postgraduate school is “Indigenous Knowledge and Quality Education for All”.
